Start with our free 2-minute assessment. Answer a few questions about your goals and health, and you'll get up to three treatment options that fit, with plain-English reasons for each. From there, you choose what to pursue.

Will I need to see a provider?
For most treatments — weight loss, peptides, hair loss, sexual wellness — you complete a private online intake, a licensed provider reviews it, and if prescribed, your medication ships. No appointment needed. For hormone therapy (HRT and TRT), a video consult with a provider and baseline labs are required before treatment begins; both are included in the program price.

What happens after I order?
Your intake goes to a licensed provider for review, usually within 1–2 business days. If approved, your prescription is sent to a state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to you in discreet packaging. If a treatment isn't appropriate for you, you'll be told why and refunded the consult.
